Updates Highlighted Below

Washington, DC – On Tuesday, May 18, the We Are Home campaign to win a path to citizenship for millions of immigrants is coordinating an ambitious Spring Lobby Day 2021 virtual fly-in with two events that are open to press. The event marks the continued escalation of the public support needed to win transformative immigration reform – including a path to citizenship – this year in this Congress.

Hundreds will participate as impacted individuals, DACA recipients, TPS and DED holders, farmworkers, essential workers and their allies in faith, labor and the pro-immigrant movement organize more than 80 meetings with legislators and staff, from both sides of the aisle. At least 75 organizations across the country are participating in meetings during the day. The meetings are focused on building support for legalizing immigrants through the reconciliation process with Democratic Leadership in both Houses, moderate Senate Democrats and others with a straightforward message: “Citizenship Now, This Year!”
